Emilia is an adventurer with a sweet tooth who has traveled the world.  After making a trip to Italy, she quickly fell in love with gelato.  While traveling through the canals of Venice, the Coliseum in Rome, the beautiful coastal towns of Cinque Terre, and the rolling hills of Tuscany outside Florence, she always found herself desperately searching for the best, most authentic Italian gelato she could find. There was not a sweeter treat after a day of grand adventure than the cold, sweet, melt-in-your-mouth delicacy that is gelato. Returning home to her amazing community of Weatherford, Texas, her search for authentic gelato was nearly impossible.
